For Petitioner : Ms.S.Suneetha For Respondents : Mrs.P.Rajarajeswari Government Advocate ORDER This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7537 of 2024, thereby directed the fourth respondent to submit fresh proposal for the approval of the petitioner's appointment for the post of BT Assistant and further directed the second respondent to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the petitioner's request and passed order by the proceedings dated 02.07.2025.
