The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that her representation at Annexure-'E' dated 19.12.2024 requesting investigation to be completed and Final Report to be filed pursuant to Crime No.105/2024 registered by Imangala Police Station has not been done by the respondents even till today and as such, the petitioner is before this Court in this petition. - 3 -

2. Per contra, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the Final Report in Crime No.105/2024 is not filed till today and the respondents would do so as expeditiously as possible. 3.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondent to address the grievance of the petitioner and file the Final Report in Crime No.105/2024, if not filed as on today, by completing the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
