(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus with a roving writ directing respondents No.1 to 3 to produce the detenue, namely, Palak d/o Pravin (who was living in live-in relationship with the son of the petitioner), who has been illegally and forcibly detained by respondent No.4 at the instance of respondent No.5 in connivance with each other since 07.04.2025, without any authority of law. Inspector Kuldeep and Constable Santosh are present in Court alongwith the detenue, namely, Palak. The detenue has stated before this Court that she is 16½ years old and presently living with her father i.e. respondent No.5. She has stated that she does not want to go with son of the petitioner and wants to remain with her parents. After hearing learned counsel for the parties as well as the detenue, who is present in Court, it is apparent that the detenue is minor and willing to live with her parents. Thus, in the aforesaid circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of as such.
