ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is before this Court seeking issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent -BDA to execute the sale deed in respect of site bearing No.1489 measuring East to West 9 meters, North to South 12 meters situated at 4th 'H' Block Layout, Further Extension of 6th Stage Banashankari, Bangalore described in the schedule to the petition.
2. Case of the petitioner is that he was allotted the aforesaid site by the respondent -BDA in terms of a letter of allotment dated
07.02.2004. Petitioner paid the entire allotment fee. A lease-cum-sale agreement was executed in favour of the petitioner on 19.05.2008. Possession Certificate was issued on 20.05.2008. The non-alienation period of 10 years was expired on
19.05.2018. Petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2018 seeking execution of deed of sale. There is no response till date. Petitioner made further representations on 03.09.2020 and on 30.04.2022 as per Annexures-G and J. Yet the respondent -BDA has not take any action. Hence, the petition.

3. Counsel for the respondent -BDA submit given some time and on petitioner satisfying all requirements of the respondent-BDA, case of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
4. Submission is taken on record.
5. Hence, the following;
ORDER
1. Petition is disposed of.
2. The respondent-BDA shall consider the representations dated 03.09.2020 and 30.04.2022 produced at Annexures - G and J of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of personal hearing and if the petitioner is found eligible appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law.
3. Such orders shall be passed within an outer limit of four (4) months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
