By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent no. 3 Tehsildar to conclude the demarcation proceeding in Revenue Case No. 202211300500034- A//12 of the year 2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proceeding of the Tehsildar for demarcation of the land bearing Khasra No. 183/11 & 151/4 situated in village Mohla, District Mohla-Manpur- Ambagarh is not being done by the Tehsildar, in spite of the repeated request of the petitioner, even the Deputy Collector vide its communication dated 16.02.2024 has directed the Tehsildar to conclude the demarcation proceeding. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if the application filed by the petitioner for demarcation of the land in question is still pending before the Tehsildar, the same shall be concluded within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar to conclude the demarcation proceeding in accordance with law, within a period of 50 days.
