This is an ofÏce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 13.06.2024 passed in CRMP No. 808 of 2023, while allowing the petition of the petitioners, namely, Nazma KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Begam and Aslam Khan, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur District- Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case is currently pending at the stage of evidence, with a total of 15 prosecution witnesses. Due to the complexity of the case, it is not possible to conclude the trial within a stipulated time. Hence, she prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to secure the presence of the witnesses in accordance with law to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
