In consequence of the order dated 12.07.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, learned counsel for respondents has placed on record the minutes of meeting of the equivalence committee held on 03.11.2023, wherein, in clause 7, the committee has resolved to recommend that the petitioner – candidate who has passed the course of the B.Sc.(CBZ) from the Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur (Private), be treated as equivalent and at par with the B.Sc.(CBZ) syllabus, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and hence, the equivalence be given. 2.
