When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Smt D.Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, submits that the respondent authorities have already paid the entitled amount to the petitioner. 3. Ms. Gouthami Surapareddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that despite best efforts, she could not contact the petitioner. 4. Since the matter pertains to the year 2023 and the respondent authorities have already paid the amount to the petitioner, there remains nothing for further adjudication and the Writ Petition is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file an appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
