Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents to consider and accord promotion to the petitioner to the sanctioned post of Assistant Clerk in Arya Kanya Pathshala Inter College, Mirzapur which is vacant since 22.03.2005; B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents to consider the representation made by petitioner dated 01.04.2023 and pass appropriate order on the same in accordance with law;" 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that claim of petitioner for promotion is pending consideration before respondent. In this respect, petitioner has filed a representation dated 1.4.2025 before District Inspector of Schools, Mirzapur, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools, Mirzpur shall decide the representation dated 1.4.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
