Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not finalize the investigation by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
