Today, Mr.M.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given change of vakalat and he is unable to give any detail regarding to whom the change of vakalat has been given and whether any such letter has been given to the Registry regarding change of vakalat. 3. The learned counsel for the second respondent is present and filed his counter. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also filed counter. 4. Since the petitioner is unable to make any representation, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
