Respondent N0.2 has expired on 12.03.2024 and therefore, he prayed to allow him to bring the legal representative of respondent No.2 on record. The learned counsel for respondent N0.2 has no objection for the same and the applicant has filed this application within time. 3. In view of this the application is allowed.
