1. With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the matter is heard and decided finally.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on contract basis vide order dated Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.01.15 16:30:30 +0530
2 12.10.2012 by the Collector-cum-District Mission Director, Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission and accordingly he was working as an Assistant Grade-III in the said office, however, subsequently, on 16.6.2021, without any order, he was orally restrained to work in the capacity of AG-III there. He has submitted several representations and applications in order to consider him, but, nothing has been done and since then he is facing hardship, as such a direction may be issued to the respondents authorities to consider his case and to pass appropriate orders in respect of extension of his contractual appointment as he is an experienced person and according to him no one has been appointed in his place in the said office on contract basis.

Since the petitioner has worked for about 9 years in the office of respondent No.2 and he is an experienced employee as such respondent No.2 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and to pass appropriate orders regarding extension of his contractual appointment.
