1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the
order dated 12.07.2024 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 436 of 2024 passed by this Court.
2. This Court has passed the following order in WA No. 436 of 2024, in paragraphs 6 & 7, annexed as Annexure- C/1.

“6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Divisional Commissioner, Bilaspur is directed to decide the revision of the appellant/ writ petitioner within 10 days from today.
7. The appellant is directed to provide a copy of this order to the Commissioner by Monday i.e. 15.07.2024, failing which interim protection which was granted by the learned Single Judge shall stand automaticaly vacated.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that order complained of has been complied with by Upper Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur and the the concerned revision petition has been disposed of vide order dated
17.01.2025.
4. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 also conceded aforesaid facts.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
6. In view of the submission putforth by counsel for the parties that order under contempt is complied with, therefore, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.
8. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped. No order as to costs. Sd/-
