1. Heard.
2. This Court has passed the following order in Writ Petition (S) No.6344/2024 vide dated 07.10.2024 annexed as Annexure-C/1 :-
“5. Considered submission of learned counsel for respective parties as also nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, in particular, submission of learned counsel for petitioner, without commenting on merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, directing Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of order passed by this Court.”
3. As per the aforesaid order, direction was passed by this Court to respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that representation (Annexure-C/2) has been decided by the respondent No.3 vide Annexure-C/3 dated 03.12.2024, but the same has been rejected illegally.
5. Having considered the aforesaid contention made by the counsel for the petitioner, since representation (Annexure-C/2) has been decided vide Annexure-C/3 dated 03.12.2024 by the respondent, as there was only direction to decide the representation filed by the petitioner, thus, no case of contempt is made out. Hence, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
6. However, liberty is left with the petitioner to take recourse to law available to him.
7. In view of above, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
