By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authority to take appropriate action against the respondent No. 6 to 9 who are ofÏce bearer of the Gram Panchayat Bharritola (B), District Rajnandgaon, as they have boycotted the petitioner from all the activities in the village and the Panchayat. The ofÏce bearer of the Panchayat have warned the whole village not to make any relation with the family member of the petitioner herein. 3. Learned counsel for the State on advance copy submits that the allegations are very serious in nature and the Collector as well as the SDO shall look into the allegations levelled by the petitioner 3 against the respondent no. 6 to 9 and necessary steps shall be taken immediately. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner as well as the respondent, it is directed that the Collector Rajnandgaon personally look into the matter and ensure that the constitutional right of the petitioner under the Constitution of India shall not be violated by any authority including the Panchayat and its ofÏce bearers and necessary steps be taken immediately on the allegation levelled by the petitioner by examining the fact and allegation against the respondent No. 6 to 9. 5.
