The grievance of the petitioner is that the property of the petitioner covered by Ext.P1 is being proceeded against for recovery of the amount due from his mother. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to proceed against the movable and immovable property of the petitioner on the basis of Ext.P5 demand notice. 2. Adv. Arun Thomas, the learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent Bank, on instructions, submits that revenue recovery proceedings are initiated against the petitioner’s mother and the Bank has no WP(C) NO.10605 OF 2025 : 4 : 2025:KER:25619 intention to proceed against the property of the petitioner covered by Ext.P1. This submission is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
