2. Both these applications have been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short ‘CPC’) for placing on record Annexures R-3/1 and R-3/2 and seeking exemption from filing certified/typed/photostat copies thereof.
3. In view of the averments made in the applications, same are allowed and copy of application dated 25.06.2025 submitted by applicant- respondent No.3 requesting to issue relieving certificate and the screenshot, indicating approval of the said application, are taken on record as Annexures R-3/1 and R-3/2, respectively, subject to all just exceptions. Exemption sought is granted.

4. Both these applications have been filed under Section 151 of CPC for preponing the date of hearing to an earlier date.
5. In view of the averments made in the applications, same are allowed and date of hearing is preponed from 22.09.2025 to today. The main petitions are taken on board for final disposal today itself.

CM-11942 & 11943-CWP-2025 in/and CWP-10462-2024 (O&M) CM-11940 & 11941-CWP-2025 in/and CWP-16125-2024 (O&M) -3- the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the letter dated 15.03.2024 (Annexure P-5), vide which respondent No.3 was deployed as Pujari.

Learned counsel for applicant-respondent No.3 submits that both these petitions have been rendered infructuous, as upon his request to issue relieving certificate (Annexure R-3/1), applicant-respondent No.3 has been relieved, as discernible from Annexures R-3/2. However, as per Annexure P-5, his deployment was till 14.02.2025.
8. In view of the above, both the aforementioned writ petitions are
disposed of as having been rendered infructruous.
9. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner(s) to revive these petitions in case any grievance survives.
10. All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
11. Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
