1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a limited
2 / 2 prayer that the application for correction in the revenue record relating to the petitioner’s land bearing Khasra No.1467, Patwari Halka No.86, village Birkoni, area of 0.0100 (4575 Sq. ft.) is pending before the Tahsildar which was filed on 16/12/2019. The said application is still pending before the Tahsildar and no final
order has been passed till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referred the ordersheet dated 16/12/2019 upto 06/02/2020 and submits that after this Tahsildar is not proceeding in the matter.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the application is still pending before the Tahsildar, the same shall be decided within a period of 60 days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.

As the application filed by the petitioner is pending since 16/12/2019, the Tahsildar, Mahasamund is hereby directed to consider and decide the application pending before him, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
