06.01.2025 Heard Shri Chandrasen Chouhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri YS Thakur, learned Addl AG, appearing for the respondents/State.
1. The petitioner has filed the present petition with the following reliefs:-
“i) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record from the respondent authorities, in the interest of justice. ii) That, the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to evict and remove the illegal construction of over-bridge by the private respondent No.9 on Gouravpath and residential house as letter dated 12.12.2024, in the interest of justice. iii) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to change the route for construction of the over bridge as per notification dated 20.06.2008 in the interest of justice. iv) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid
facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. IA-3 of 2024, application seeking to exempt for depositing the security amount.

3. On due consideration, IA-3 of 2024, is rejected.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the State would submit that petition is defective as cause-title of the petition is to be amended.
5. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file afresh with appropriate and correct particulars, and security deposit, as required under the Chhattisgarh High Court Rules,
