The present Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the Order of this Court dated 28.06.2025 in W.P.No.13820 of 2024. It transpires from the record that after the present Contempt Case has been filed, the Respondents have passed a Speaking Order on 01.07.2025, which is in favour of the Petitioner herein. However, learned Counsel for the Contempt 2 Petitioner submits that the Respondents, even after passing Order dated 01.07.2025 in favour of the Petitioner, are not implementing the said Order. 3. Respondents have complied with the Order of this Court on 01.07.2025, though belatedly. This Court is of the view that the Respondents have substantially complied with the Order of this Court with some delay. In this view of the matter, the Respondents are reprimanded to the effect that they shall henceforth comply with the Orders of the Court scrupulously to the letter in spirit and within reasonable time. 5. However, with regard to the submission of the learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner that the Order dated 01.07.2025 is not implemented, this Court is of the opinion that this issue is beyond the purview of this Contempt Case. Needless to state that the Contempt Petitioner always has the liberty to seek implementation of the said Proceeding dated 01.07.2025 by initiating appropriate Proceeding. 6. With these observations, this Contempt Case stands closed. No order as to costs. 7. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. ______________________________________ GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD, J Dt: 19.11.2025 JKS 3 76 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD CONTEMPT CASE NO: 1270 OF 2025 19.11.2025 JKS
