Vide order dated 01.08.2025, it is observed that Mr. Neeraj, Major Son and Master Dheeraj Kumar, minor son has received the demand drafts of Rs. 2,50,000/- each. Matter is pending for verifying whether payment of Rs. 2,50,000/- on behalf of minor son has been received by the mother or not and whether the same has been secure by way of FDR in his name. Mother of minor son is present in Court and submits that payment of Rs. 2,50,000/- has been received by her and the same has been converted into FDR in the name of minor son. Learned counsel for petitioner has also filed the copy of FDR bearing account no. 493702120000429 drawn on Union Bank of India for a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- dated 04.11.2025. The same is taken on record. Since compliance of order dated 17.07.2025 has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed.
