The petitioners preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction towards the respondent no. 3/Tehsildar to take necessary steps regarding removal of encroachment over the government land bearing Khasra no. 281/1, P.H.N. 11, Rajasv Nirikshak Mandal Kumhari, Tehsil Bhilai- 3 District Durg, C.G. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the orders have been passed by the Revenue Authority for removal of encroachment, but still the respondent authorities are not taken any steps for removal of encroachment. 3. Learned Addl. A.G. submits on instructions that today the matter is fixed before the Tehsildar for the proceeding relating to the removal of the encroachment. 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties. 5. On the basis of the pleadings and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is apparent that there are some order passed by the Revenue Authority regarding the encroachment made by the respondent no. 4 over the land and proceedings are 3 being drawn for removal of the encroachment from the government land. Hence the Collector is directed to look into the matter and expedite the proceeding undertaken for removal of encroachment over the government land within a period of 30 days. 6.
