Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and perused the documents placed on record. 3. It is the contention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners that now, case has been transferred to CBCID and documents have been collected and the said documents will be sent to Forensic Department within a week and the entire investigation will be completed within three months, thereby pleaded to grant time. 4.
