Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to put the petitioners in possession over the Gata no. 2071 situated in village Sarsena, Tehsil Mohammadabad Gohna, Pargana Chiraiyakot, District Mau by making demarcation of the Gata no. 2071, so that justice may be done." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the writ petition and contended that no writ can be issued directing the petitioners to be put in possession. In case petitioners are aggrieved, they may move an application under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of their grievances. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application under the relevant provisions of U.P.
