Heard Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the FIR basing on the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.01.2025. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police have not registered the case since the matter is a civil in nature. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy according to law before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
