The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.P.No.9385 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
