ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“...to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ,
order or direction, declaring the action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in interference with the possession and development activities of the petitioners’ property admeasuring Ac.16-8525 cents in Survey No.789-2, 791/1 to 791/3, 794/1, 798/2, 799/1-1 A, and 790 of Kaluvoya revenue Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as per approved layout by NUDA vide L.P.
No.44/2024/1105/KALUVOYA/NUDA/DPMS, dated 11-12-2024 without issuing notice as illegal, arbitrary, and voilation of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 300-A and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and development activities in petitioners’ property admeasuring Ac.16-8525 cents in Survey No. 789-2, 791/1 to 791/3, 794/1, 798/2, 799/1-1A, and 790 of Kaluvoya revenue Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and pass such order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Precisely, the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and development activities in petitioners’ property admeasuring Ac.16- 8525 cents in Survey No. 789-2, 791/1 to 791/3, 794/1, 798/2, 799/1- 1A, and 790 of Kaluvoya Revenue Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed the written instructions (part of the record), dated 25.09.2025 of the 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Kaluvoya Mandal, wherein it transpires that the respondent authorities have no intention to interfere with the possession and development works over the petitioners’ land.
4. Pursuant to the submissions made in the written instructions, dated 25.09.2025, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
