JUSTICE MARLI VANKUNG HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 21.10.2025 (M. Vankung J.) Heard Ms. N. Danggen, learned Legal Aid Counsel for the applicant along with Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor State respondent and Mr. J. Page No.# 2/2 Tsering, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. 2. It is seen that both the parties are duly represented and the learned counsels for the respondents submit that they will not be filing any written objection to the application for condonation of delay of One Year and Nine Months in filing the connected appeal. 3. We have perused the condonation application and find that the explanation given for the delay of One Year and Nine Months in filing the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 10.07.2023, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bomdila in Sessions Case No. 04/2023 to be reasonable, since the applicant, immediately after his conviction, was sent to the jail and was unable to contact his family members or engage legal aid counsel to represent his case. 4. In view of the above, we find it appropriate to condone the delay of One Year and Nine Months in filing the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 10.07.2023, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bomdila in Sessions Case No. 04/2023. 5. Accordingly, the IA(Crl) No. 53 (AP)/2025 stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Comparing Assistant
