2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

"it is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to allow the petition and to quash the impugned FIR filed against the petitioner in the interest of justice."
3. The learned State counsel states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the charge sheet.
