On 22.04.2025 the officials of the Respondent Authorities came to their land and threatened to dispossess them. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that a complaint was raised during Municipal Council Meeting regarding the encroachment of the road by the Petitioners. in furtherance of the complaint raised in the Municipal Council, the Mandal Surveyor was requested to do survey and it in that context, the Respondent Authorities had visited the Petitioners’ house.
