Heard Shri Sahdev Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shailja Shukla, learned Dy.G.A. and Shri Prateek Tiwari, learned PL for the State. 2. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: “(i)That, the respondent may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner’s case. (ii)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide her representation (Ann.-P/4) within stipulated time frame. Further, the Hon’ble Court directs the respondent to consider the D.El.Ed., mark sheet in the selection process of advertised post in the interest of justice. (iii)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass any order or issue any suitable writ as may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is having D.El.Ed. as well as B.Ed. degree, however since the requirement is to submit mark sheet of any of the degree, he has filed mark sheet of B.Ed. degree and his application is not being considered only on the basis that he is not having D.Ed. degree, he is required to file D.Ed. degree. 4. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has not submitted the required mark sheet of D.Ed. degree due to which he has not been considered as per advertisement dated 4th May, 2023. 5. Upon due consideration, since he is having D.El.Ed. degree, 3 advertisement is of 4th May, 2023 and he has obtained D.El.Ed. degree way back in the year 2019, as such, the respondents are directed to consider the case and to pass appropriate orders on merit. 6.
