Heard Sri Sri Saran Vankayala, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the matter in C.C.No.187 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Considering the submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the matter as 4 expeditiously as possible according to law without granting any adjournment in a casual way by mere asking.
