Powayan, District Shahjahanpur. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 4.7.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.23889 of 2023. 4. The records show that even previously on 10.2.2025, there was no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application and it was ordered that the matter is being adjourned as a last opportunity and it was directed that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right. The said order reads as under:- "1. List revised. 2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. 3. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present. 4. Although, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, even in the revised list, in the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned for today. 5. Let the matter be listed on 18.03.2025. 6. It is made clear that on the next date matter will not be adjourned as a matter of right." 5. Today again, despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application. 6.
