This appeal challenges the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 3.4.2025 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-I, Mathura in Criminal Appeal No. 19 of 2024, and Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2024, thereby convicting the appellants under Sections 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., followed by imposition of sentence of three years, under Section 325 I.P.C. with fine of Rs.3,000/-; six months, under Section 323 I.P.C. with fine of Rs.1,000/-, and one year under Section 504 I.P.C. with fine of Rs.1,000/- with a further condition that in the event of non deposit of fine(s), convict shall undergo further imprisonment of six months, two months and two months, respectively. The applicant-convict was prosecuted through Case Crime No. 1243 of 2017, under Sections 323, 326, 504 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants does not press this appeal and prays for withdrawal with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order(s) to the learned counsel for the appellants.
