The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.548 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(2)/311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 24.07.2024 at about 10:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by six unknown persons near Timda Bair toli. The accused persons looted about Rs.95,000/- from him. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has been identified in T.I. Parade. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
