Petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Pharmacy Officer at GAHC-Ran, Tehsil & District Chamba. The case projected by the petitioner is that station where he is serving falls under hard area as per applicable transfer policy. On completion of normal tenure at the present place of posting, petitioner preferred a representation on 21.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 seeking his transfer to a station of his choice. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today.
