BAIL APPLN. 4556/2025 registered under section 120-B read with sections 420/467/468/471/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: CBI, IOD, Delhi. 2. Vidé order dated 26.11.2025 an interim protective order against arrest was granted in favour of the petitioner. The interim order has been continuing ever-since. 3. Mr. Sunil Dalal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner has been cooperating in the investigation. 4. Mr. Anupam S. Sharrma, learned SPP appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation submits, that chargesheet now stands filed in the matter and the petitioner is no longer required for investigation. 5. Mr. Dalal submits, that the petitioner has in fact appeared before the learned trial court and has also furnished bond for appearance. 6. In the circumstances obtaining in the matter; and the fair stand taken by Mr. Sharrma, the present anticipatory bail petition is allowed; and it is directed that in the event of her arrest, the petitioner – Aarti Choudhary w/o Mr. Shubham Shokeen - shall be released on bail by the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer subject to the following conditions:
6.1. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.
Twenty-five Thousand Only) with 01 surety in the like amount from a family member, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer;

The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial. 7.
