The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 425/2023 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant is not able to refute or bring on record that despite the grant of interim protection, the applicant has not joined the investigation, and that thereafter, proceedings under Section 37 of BNSS were initiated on account of his conduct. 3.
