The present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for allowing the Amended Memo of Parties to be taken on record and release the deposited payment to ‘Mohan Lal Yadav’ instead of ‘Mohan Lal’. 2. It is submitted that vide order dated 17th March, 2025, this Court has directed to release the amount deposited by the appellant vide order dated 16th 3. Accordingly, Fixed Deposit Receipt (“FDR”) was handed over to the appellant. July, 2010 in favour of the appellant. 4. However, it is submitted that when the same was presented to the bank for payment, the said payment was not released. The reason given was This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the full name of the appellant is ‘Mohan Lal Yadav’. 6. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 7. Accordingly, list the matter before the Registrar to satisfy as to whether ‘Mohan Lal’ and ‘Mohan Lal Yadav’ are one and the same person. 8. Let a Report be placed before this Court. 9.
