By the instant writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner is 2 / 2 seeking a limited prayer. He submits that in the writ petition bearing WPC No. 2789 of 2022, there was a direction by the court towards the respondent to consider the application moved by the petitioner for grant of permit afresh. He further submits that the said application has not been considered till date, though the order of this court was of 21.08.2024. 2. Looking to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No. 2 to decide the application of the petitioner for grant of permit within period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
