JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 3 19-03-2026 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Surendra Kumar Choubey for the informant beside the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 812 of 2016 for the offence under sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant jointly submits that pursuant to the Co-ordinate Bench sending in matter to the Mediation Center the parties have resolve the issue through mediation and the agreement dated 20.11.2025 mediation signed by both the parties it is on

It seems that the parties have decided to separate there ways and will be accordingly moving in that line. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail with conditions. 5. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate- Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Complaint Case No. 812 of 2016 subject to the following conditions: (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Pan Card/Driving License) to show his/her bona fide; (ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself; (iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or
