This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents herein in proposing to assign house site pattas in the land classified as Puntha Road in Sy.No.311 to an extent of Ac.0.98 cents, Sy.No.329-1 to an extent of Ac.0.40 cents, Sy.No.330-1 to an extent of Ac.0.35 cents and classified as Canal in Sy.No.312 to an extent of Ac.0.60 cents and in Sy.No.334-1 to an extent of Ac.0.98 cents within the village limits of Chodavaram, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, under Navaratnalu–Pedalandariki Illu Scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the subject land was not used for the above said purpose of the housing welfare scheme. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land to an extent of Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.311, Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.No.329-1, Ac.0.35 cents in Sy.No.330-1, Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.312 and Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.334-1 situated within the village limits of Chodavaram, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law and if so warranted for any public purpose. There shall be no order as to costs.
