This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3, to decide the case no. 1016 of 2024 (Munnesh and others Vs. Furkan and others) u/s 128 U.P. Revenue Code pending before him Stowithin stipulated time as may fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to maintain status-quo over the land of Arazi no. 984 area 0.747Hec. situated in village Mustafabad, Tehsil & Pargana Jasrana, District Firozabad during the pendency of application dated 15-06-2024 (Annexure-10) filed by the petitioner u/s 128 of U.P. Revenue Code." 3. This Court has no knowledge that how many cases are pending for similar nature before the authority concerned. 4. In view of the same, no direction can be issued for disposal of the application. 5. Since the application has been filed and is pending, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 6.
