It is the grievance of the applicant that despite order dated 11.4.2013, orders have been passed by the opposite parties under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Orders under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 do not create any right but are administrative proceedings. On the pleadings, no cause of action for filing the present contempt application exists. The application is dismissed.
