ORAL ORDER The petitioner and the learned Counsel for the petitioner have filed a memo dated 18.02.2025 stating that the writ petition was filed when the Karnataka Real Estate Appellate Tribunal was not functioning for want of the quorum. Now that the Appellate Tribunal is functioning and the petitioner would like to approach the Tribunal. The petitioner would therefore seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and pursue its remedy before the Tribunal.

2. The memo is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order granted by this Court shall stand extended for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the Tribunal and obtain appropriate orders at the hands of the Tribunal.
