Order on Board 24.02.2025 1) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal;
10.2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondent No.1 i.e. the Additional Tehsildar, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to dispose of /decide the case No.101/B-121/2018-19 expeditiously within a period of one month or within any other suitable period.
10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2) Mr. Vikram Pillai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a Revenue Case No. 101/B-121/2018-19 is pending before the respondent No.1 i.e. Additional Tehsildar, Bilaspur and same has not been decided yet, therefore, this petition has been filed seeking a direction to the said authority to dispose of the said revenue case. He would contend that a direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the revenue case expeditiously, if already not decided. 3) On the other hand, Mr. Lav Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the
-3- State would oppose the submission made by Mr. Pillai. 4) Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Pillai, this petition is
