Ramesh Sharma vs. Liaq Ram (deceased) through LRs
Cr. Revision No.665 of 2024
03.01.2025 Present Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Janesh Mahajan, Advocate, for the respondent.
Cr.MP No.38 of 2025
Though, having taken note of the fact that vide
order dated 19.12.2024 passed in Cr.MP No.5225 of 2024, this Court had granted two weeks’ time to the applicant/ petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount in terms of order dated 17.10.2024 passed in Cr.MP No.4233 of 2024, there appears to be no justification to grant further time, however having taken note of the fact that the applicant/petitioner has already prepared draft amounting to Rs. 40,000/-, and he is unable to deposit the same in the Court concerned on account of absence of Presiding Judge, this Court deems it fit to grant further time of one week to the applicant/petitioner to comply with order dated 17.10.2024, as detailed hereinabove, failing which, interim protection granted by this Court vide aforesaid order shall come to an end and no further prayer for extension of time shall be considered. Since learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chopal is on leave, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Theog, who stands assigned duty to conduct Court at Chopal, is directed to pass appropriate order, thereby permitting the applicant/petitioner to deposit the amount in terms of instant
order. The application stands disposed of. (Sandeep Sharma) Judge January 03,2025 (shankar)
