The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking vacation/record/modification of the order dated 01st September, 2025 in W.P.(C) No. 13320/2025, passed by this Court, whereby, it was directed that no coercive action be taken against the property of the petitioner therein, which is also the subject property in the present petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the protection granted by this Court, action has not been taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”). 3. However, perusal of the order dated 01st September, 2025 passed by this Court, clearly shows that protection had been granted to the petitioner only for a limited period, till the next date of hearing, before the Appellate This is a digitally signed order.
