ORAL ORDER
Petitioner is before this Court seeking issue of writ of mandamus to the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.02.2024 as per Annexure-A to execute deed of sale in respect of site No.717, measuring '40X30' situated at 4th Block, Koramangla, as described in the schedule to the petition.
2. Case of the petitioner is that he was allotted the aforesaid site as per allotment letter dated 04.01.1996. That on remittance of entire amount, lease-cum-sale agreement dated 17.01.1996 has been executed. Thereafter, rectification deed was executed rectifying the certain errors in the boundary. Possession certificate was issued on 12.03.1996, khata has been registered in the records of BBMP. Petitioner approached respondent, seeking execution and registration of deed of sale. First representation in this regard was made on 26.06.2003, thereafter on 14.03.2012 and 16.03.2012 and legal notice on 01.12.2023. However, there is no response, even after lapse of twenty five years of allotting the said site. Hence, the petition seeking the above relief.

3. Counsel for the respondent -BDA submit given some time, case of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
4. Hence, following;
ORDER
1. Petition is disposed of.
2. The respondent-BDA shall consider the representation dated 13.02.2024 as per Annexure-A of the petition and after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter if the petitioner is found eligible appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law.
3. Such orders shall be passed within an outer limit of four (4) months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
